Deleting your account
To have your Event App account and its data deleted, email us from the address you registered with.

We confirm by email once the deletion is complete, within 30 days of the request.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number, job title, company, biography and profile photo.
- Your event participation: session bookmarks, demo session bookings, poll answers and session ratings.
- The questions and comments you posted.
- The push notification identifiers registered for your devices.
What is kept
- Records we must retain for legal, accounting or security reasons, held for up to 5 years and then deleted.
- Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you, such as the number of attendees at an event or a session's average rating. These are kept indefinitely.
